Steps for a vehicle wrap installation.

Steps to follow for a successful vehicle wrap installation:

1. Preparation of the vehicle. Vehicle needs to be cleaned perfectly. No dust, road film or oil residues where the vinyl is going to be applied.
2. Cleaning with a solution of alcohol or other brand products as a final step before installing the vinyl.
3. If the vehicle is new, all wax products need to be clean. If the vehicle is old, or had a previous wrap installed, adhesive remover and more alcohol will be needed to leave the vehicle as clean as new.
4.  The vehicle needs to be completely dry from the cleaning products.
5. Application of cast vinyl wrap or material selected depending on the application. Wrap vinyl installation on flat box truck surfaces or vehicle with curves require different type of vinyl.

Vehicle wraps that require durability for an extended period of time require the use of cast vehicle wrap vinyl.
